The philosophy of the mediocre corporate manager. For example, a manager who manipulated their way to the top of a hierarchy and then needs to stifle ambitious employees in order maintain their position.

Joreism is the reason employee turnover is so high. The department can't improve retention numbers or meet quarterly goals if no one thinks their efforts will be rewarded.

Joeism

The religious beliefs of a group of teenage suburbanite males named Joe. Based on the belief that being named Joe, ironically, makes you far superior to "your average Joe". Pillars of this religion include disbelief in typical organized religion, excessive amounts of intoxicants (namely tobacco and alcohol), mountain dew, skateboarding and women.
