Someone who has the potential to be cool, but refuses to act upon it. Usually someone who is extremely lame and at times uncool. Although Jarwoods can act really sweet and nice, they can easily be stressed and on edge therefore causing them to be extra lame. Also, Jarwoods tend to act super blonde most of the time, Jarwoods somehow still loved by her peers.
