n. A disease whose fully reproductive rate (R) is less than 1; a disease with an average probability of infecting less than one susceptible new host; a disease that is on the decline.
(not to be confused with hypodermic)

When R is greater than 1, the infection is growing exponentially, and it's at that point that it's known as an epidemic. When it holds steady around 1, that's when a disease is called endemic. And less than one means that it's on the decline. Hypodemic?

Hypodermia

(noun) The complete collective and always expanding body of knowledge, subject and all works directly associated with and pertaining to the practice of the introduction of chemicals and substances into a living body by way of iv intravenous (primarily) or subcutaneous injections exclusively with hypodermic needles.

Nikki was an avid pupil and diligent student when it came to the subject of hypodermia. He himself could single-handedly tap into any vein on any human body without flaw and on demand on site. It truly was his calling. Clearly it was what he was born to do. Though the subject is frowned upon by some, his work has always been centered on bettering human existence and I feel as though he has. He has said he'd show anyone how to 'get that in' as he calls it because he wants them to do it the right, correct way, as well as the safest way.

Noun) "Something beneath the skin". It comes from the Latin word 'hypodermic', which is an adjective meaning "beneath the skin" (like a 'hypodermic needle').

(It doesn't have anything to do with shrinking balls/sexual organs.)
