I suspect that the perfect hispasian would be the love child of Kim Jong-il and Penélope Cruz.

Hindian

Hindian refers to anyone (mostly North Indians) who thinks Hindi is the National Language of India and expects every Indian to know Hindi.

Hindians make language into a test of one's patriotism. As if not knowing Hindi makes one "anti-national".
