giggleloop

A feedback-type mechanism whereas someone who thinks about laughing (and doesn't) continues to think about how funny said laugh would be (while not doing it) over and over until they eventually cave, especially during a prolonged moment of silence.
Steve elicited a giggleloop when he kept himself from laughing at Jane's dead aunt.
Words you can keep

gigglepoop

A foolish word to describe the act of defecating and/or breaking wind in your trousers as a result from laughing unexpectedly. It usually happens when you're most vulnerable and gassy.
"The other day I was sitting on my couch when Sean finished his joke, it made me gigglepoop."

giggle loop

You are surrounded by people for a moment of silence when the Giggle Loop begins...

Suddenly out of nowhere this thought comes into your head: the worst thing I could possibly do during a minute's silence is laugh. And as soon as you think that you almost do laugh -- automatic reaction. But you don't, you control yourself, you're fine. Whew.

But then you think how terrible it would have been if you laughed out loud in the middle of a minutes silence. And so you nearly do again, only this time it's a bigger laugh. And then you think how awful this bigger laugh would have been. And so you nearly laugh again, only this time it's a very big laugh, it is an enormous laugh. Let this bastard out, and you get whiplash. And suddenly you are in the middle of this completely silent room and your shoulders are going like you are drilling the road. And what do you think of this situation? Oh dear Christ, you think it's funny!

The Giggle Loop

The exponentially irresistible urge to laugh and giggle in inappropriate situations, such as when asked to take a moment of silence in honor of someone or something, or a solemn ceremony like a wedding or funeral.
The harder one resists the urge to laugh, the funnier the idea of what would have happened HAD you laughed becomes, resulting in an even stronger urge to laugh.

Coined by the British sitcom "Coupling".
"To know of the giggle loop is to become part of the giggle loop!"

giggle loop

Uncontrollable laughter, often snowballing beyond one's control and leading to some humiliation. Best observed when you are the only one laughing and no one around you knows why.

Googleloop

Searching the internet to the answer to a question. Then you find a forum where your question has already been asked, only to find old posts of people telling people to "Google It".
When searching what video card I should use in my Mac Pro 2010, the GTX 580 or the GTX 680, I found a forum where the question had already been asked, one of the answers given to this question what to "google it".

"570/580 are better for Pro/CUDA apps than 670/680, well established fact.
Sometime with Google will help you out"

"I should say that I only found this post from Googling, just to find it says to Google it. I'm stuck in a Googleloop. Help!"

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
