Correct Spelling: Baba ghanouj
"Baba" is blended: cooked eggplant, garlic, lemon juice, and sesame oil (Tahini ), pomegrante seeds and parsley.

it's not slang, it's the name of a Lebanese food dish (like Humoos or Humus)
