A male who is a creep, a disgrace to any community, he is socially inept and strive for female attention only; blondes in particular.

- Originated from Western-Europe in 1944.
A term used to discribe a Blonde obsessed guy, who was known to be very socially awkward.

- Oliver "Yeah, I saw him creeping at those blonde babes over there"
