emphasite

A distant friend with whom one feels a constant and guided company in their day-to-day activities. This companionship is tangible and complete, independent of distance (be it physical or emotional) that may exist between emphasite and host.

An emphasite is a dear friend that will always live just under your skin.
Jiminy Cricket would always be an Pinocchio's emphasite, no matter how far apart their lives may take them.

emphapiss

That fart which gives you that extra little boost to get the last bit of pee out. (The emphasis on ending the piss.)
Unloading my bladder, I tooted near the end of my piss to give some extra power and get the full amount out, you know, gave it that emphapiss. Just that little bit of emphasis on finishing the pee brought on by the power of a fart.
