Dendron college

The most well known secondary school in the Netherlands. Not because of the good exam pass percentage, but because of the hot women, alcohol, tobacco and drugs. Almost every student from the 3rd year and beyond has at one time or another drunk alcohol, smoked tobacco and/or used drugs under the age of 18. Every weekend there are parties among the students throughout the municipality, where alcohol consumption is common, despite the brain damage, the students perform well above average. In Dutch we say: "Het zijn gewoon n stelletje Levensgenieters"

Is that guy in Dendron college?
He must be the smartest drug dealer I've ever seen.
