White trash people, or people who dress like it's still the 80's. Someone who is draggle can usually be seen wearing skin tight jeans, missing teeth, rockin' a mullet or driving a rotted-out camaro. Draggle usually reside in trailer parks, or 3-deckers in small cities.

Sebastian Bach from Skid Row is so draggle. Britney Spears is so draggle.
