Dotarded

Adjective used to describe a brash and ill-conceived action with potentially disastrous consequences committed by an individual in a position of great authority, but who is of questionable cognitive faculties.

Though originally from the relatively obscure English literary term "dotard", referring to a senile individual, the term was revived in late 2017 when it was used by North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un to describe US president Donald J Trump.

Alternatively, the term "dotarded" can also be interpreted as a portmanteau of "Donald" and "retarded".

Michael: "I'm not convinced that Donald Trump's foreign policy strategy of out-crazying the world's most brutal and unstable dictators isn't going to work"
Lilly: "You can't be serious. Playing nuclear chicken with Kim Jon Un is f*cking dotarded, and may very well end up causing World War III and the end of humanity as we know it"

bartarded beinge

A state of mind that occurs after prolong daliy use of Xanax as a means of escaping reality. These days of Xanax use included massive amounts of four bars that result in taking one after another until a black out is achieved. During this period one has no control over there actions or what may happen. The days and weeks following may be quite blurry and a full recovery may take a full mounth.

During this last bartarded beinge i blew threw $1400 in four days, managed to blow out my tire, and offcours ruined christmas, i dont even remeber what happened.
