The combination of the words crazy, cunt and bitch. This word is used to describe a girl or woman who has a paranoid, psycho, schizo or bipolar personality (or personalities) combined with vicious, vulgar or abusive tendencies. Most of us know a friend or family member who is dating or living with one.

R: “She gives me the creeps. I never know if she’s going to be nasty or nice.”
J: “Most of the time, she’s a real cruntch!”

v, a phrase used to describe a level of hunger which has reached the stage of having the urge to eat the actual fridge as well as it's contents.

A completely overwhelming hunger unlike any other which can't be satisfied with food alone.

When you need that bit of extra iron in your diet.

Spine crunch

Porking someone really, really aggressively in the arse. So much so that one could easily imagine the vertebrae in their spine being crushed making a rather pleasant warm feeling in my trousers... I mean a crunching sound in their spine. Sorry.
