Coffeespeak 

1. The distinctive language only intelligible by coffee drinkers referring to method of preparation and sizing often confusing for noobs. All of which contributes to a lack of logical thinking.
2. A specific distinctive language that each individual coffee shop uses to describe sizes and drinks often in direct conflict with competitors coffeespeak. A deliberate intent to exploit with the aim of oppressing coffee drinkers.

Example 1: "short skinny wet cappuccino"= small, low fat, with milk light brown espresso drink with a foam on top.
Example 2: short= smallest tall=small grande= medium and venti= large.
Example 3: Don't demean me with your coffeespeak. I am new here and I don't want any doubleplusungood, I just want a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso in it. Mondo, adshot, whatever!

coffeeshop camping 

when some one goes beyond using a laptop at the local coffee shop and sets up a small office replete with printers, scanners and other peripherals to mooch power and wifi.

Should be a limit on coffeeshop camping. A dude has set up not only 2 laptops, but a full-sized laser printer, scanner and piano keyboard!! credit @feliciaday

exuding the general comfortable, casual, trendy, homely, creative, and/or peaceful atmosphere of the family-owned cafe downtown.

There's this tiny java place I go to all the time to work, read, or just chill out. I like it 'cause it's so coffeeshopesque, you know? Real coffee smell, old leather couches, open mic night on Thursdays... nothing like the machine-generated Starbuckses on every street corner.

Perveyor of premium coffees 

Somebody, a perv, who enjoys coffee enemas. Just for the heck of it or because of the deep cleansing effect before anal sex.

Howard is a perveyor of premium coffees. After his Starbucks experience he likes to spray paint the wall behind the toilet while he bends over and shouts "Onwards Howard".

in most countrys its a place were you can get coffee (sounds logic, eh?)

but in the lovely netherlands its a place were you can legaly buy chronic in all its forms. how cool is that? well, the coffeeshop-concept has its good and maybe even its bad sides, but the facts are that the state earns much money by the taxes on the weed and that the netherlands are loved by its pothead neighbours belgium and germany for this shops (and for a lot more of course).

if you go to amsterdam, visit a coffeeshop! its a realy cool feeling to get high with no fear of being caught..but don't stay there too long, the city is also a nice place besides this!
