Clamber Scudd 

Meaning to have caught a sexually transmitted disease or infection, one that you can only get rid off by removing the infected body part.

It is also newly adopted name for a former british member of parliament previously known as Amber Rudd. She officially and legally adopted her new name Clamber Scudd by deed poll.
