Chimamanda Adichie
A stunningly gorgeous Nigerian-American author whose nimble writing style often presents stories from multiple points of view. Her feminist ideals and her willingness to write critically about West Africa and the Nigerian diaspora are widely considered very bold and brave.
Chimamanda Adichie's voice was featured in the Beyoncé song "Flawless," in which the author spoke to encourage today's women to overcome sexism, including the idea that women - but not necessarily men - should automatically aspire to marriage.

Chimacy
A heightened form of jealousy. Jealousy often accompanied by some level of rage and/or acting out in some fashion as a result of the jealousy. Adjective. Pronunciation: Chim-ah-see.
History/Derivation: Originated in late 1970's/early 1980's with the McDonald's characters Grimace and Uncle O' Grimacy. Shortened thereafter to Grimacy and eventually evolved to Chimacy. Other lesser-used derivations include Lalimacy, Charimacy, Chi-macy and the earlier Grimacy. Originated in West Bloomfield, Michigan and now used also in parts of NY, SC, NC and elsewhere. Chimaira
A metal band, part of the new wave of american heavy metal. Began as a Numetal band and Matured into my favourite band. Mark Hunter, Matt DeVries, Rob Arnold, Jim LaMarca, Andols Herrick and Chris Spiccuza are the band members, Mark is the vox, Matt and rob share the lead axe duties, jim rips it on the bass and andols f**king pounding on them drums. Chris Spicuzza is the samples/effects guy, adds a layer onto the music, makes Chimaira special.

city chicken
A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.
I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
