Chaotic chaotic is a lot like chaotic neutral where they will reject commands and rules but instead of doing things for the good or bad of others they’ll do things in spite of people and to cause complete chaos they also take control of many situations just to “de-rail” them and watch it all burn. People who are described as “chaotic chaotic” seem to have an unnatural infatuation with fire and sharp objects they are usually not the people you want to give a lighter to. But chaotic chaotic people are not “evil” but also aren’t “good” or “neutral” they tend to not stay out of a situation and if angered tend to be excessively violent. Be careful they will sometimes be described as a loose cannon or wild card. Don’t mess with them because they have short tempers and can turn a crowd against you in a second. It’s a good idea to get on ones good side because they will defend their friends relentlessly even risking their own lives.

chaotic energy 

(adj.) the energy that someone gives off when they do something out of line or without thought, but all in good laughs and no one is harmed. This energy, or vibe is usually radiated from someone who loves banter and has a fun and honest personality.

Similar to crackhead energy, minus being weird and/or obnoxious.

At a CD signing for Louis Tomlinson's debut album:

Chaotic Stupid 

in reference to a D&D character, extremely dumb and unintelligent. One can be classified as chaotic stupid if they do such things as taking a more complicated way to do things, or do something the party has told them not to, for no reason.

DM: "Okay guys, you enter into the room and there's a button in the middle of the room."
Player 1: "Okay. Don't press the button guys. It could be a trap. Let's just continue."
Player 2: "What colour is this button?"
Player 1: "Does that matter?"
DM: "It's bright red like the buzzers on Family Feud."
Player 2: "I can't resist it. I push the button."
Player 1: "Really? We got Mr. Chaotic Stupid over here don't we?"

Chaotic Neutral 

Chaotic Neutral is freedom from both society's restrictions and a do-gooder's zeal.

Chaotic neutral characters follow their whims. They are individualists first and last. They value their own liberty but do not strive to protect the freedom of others. They avoid authority, resent restrictions, and challenge traditions. Chaotic neutral characters don't intentionally disrupt organizations as part of a campaign of anarchy. To do so, they would have to be motivated either by good (a desire to help people) or by evil (a desire to hurt people).

Chaotic neutral characters may be unpredictable, but their behavior is not totally random - they are not as likely to jump off a bridge as to cross it. However, they do act on momentary whims, and are known to be unreliable. As some would say, "the only reliable thing about them is that they cannot be relied upon!"

Chaotic Neutral is sometimes considered the "purest" form of chaos, without bias in favor of good or evil.

A wandering rogue who lives both by work for hire and petty theft, an eccentric mage who experiments with dangerous magic just to view the results, and a con-artist or hustler who plays all sides against the middle to further his own aims are all examples of chaotic neutral characters.
