Her strengths are dependability, trustworthiness, patience, sincerity and other character traits like she is really goofy and fun to be with. she can point out the the positive differences about her friend's has made in other people’s lives. Statements such as, “Your smile really cheers me up,” or “The way you’re always ready to help others has been a wonderful example for me to follow,” can be encouraging.
