The ideal hometown. Great place to grow up, and go to school. The community aspect of Buffalo High School is unbeatable. The pride we have makes our fans the best in the state, no matter the sport. Small town feeling, big city opportunities. Friday and saturday nights at a bonfire or a house/shed party are far better than the typical town. Buffalo kids just know how to throw down, and if nothing is going on, its easy to get together with the bros to create some trouble, and some stories to tell. Theres a few wangsters, and stuck-ups but for the most part everyone is family and just there to have a good time. No place better. All about that country music, a bonfire and a case of coors.

Can't wait to get back to Buffalo, MN to get together with the gang and rage our faces off.

Wish I grew up in Buffalo, MN, they know how to have a good time.

Buffalonism 

An action or occurrence that is typical of Buffalonians or the city of Buffalo in general. These things are things like Dingus Day, the not so Italian festival, sledding in march, tanning in December, using street lights or signs as suggestions, having a drinking tolerance by the age of 13, having 45% of your friends being Polish, never dressing appropriate for the weather and acting like it's nothing, walking nearly everywhere, knowing the city like the inside of your eye-lids by the time you are 8, and never being able to denounce your own city without laughing and saying "But i still love it"

Guy 1- Tom pulled a Buffalonism last night and got pulled over for running every stop light on Chippewa avenue.
Guy 2- Dude he must have been smashed!
Guy 1- Yea man! He was so drunk on his way home from Kaisertown celebrating Dingus Day!

Buffalonian 

A Buffalonian is a human being who is from or resides in Buffalo, NY or the suburbs around it. Williamsville, Tonawanda, Amherst, Akron, Clarence, Cheektowaga, etc. They run on Tim Hortons and Mighty Taco; Invented the chicken wing and have nothing better to do then drink vast amounts of alcohol and eat unhealthy food, drenched in hot sauce (especially at Duffs or Anchorbar). If you come to visit, they'll show you Niagara Falls but only if you're lucky will you actually be able to visit Canada and explore the actual fun side of the falls. In Buffalo, the winters are at least 8 months long and trap you indoors and help you gain all the fat you've ever wanted underneath that old Fitzmagic Bills or Miller Sabers Jersey. Never in a million years can you call yourself a Buffalonian if you don't persistently cheer on and support your losing sports teams, knowing they're kinda getting better and of course there will be ONE BEFORE I DIE. If you say eh or support Canadian hockey, they might sock ya a good one right in the kisser. Truth is, Buffalo isn't too bad of a place when it comes to family and friends, you can travel the world and find way better and exciting places to live, but Buffalo will always be there for you to come back home to, cause once a Buffalonian, always a Buffalonian.

The word to describe people from Buffalo, NY. All people from Buffalo refer to themselves as Buffalonians, whether or not Buffaloite is the correct definition. If you're not from Buffalo, then you probably don't know that the only correct term is Buffalonian.
