Someone acting in an unneccessary manner. Not caring if their act will uopset someone else.

Cutting someone off for no reason then slowing down in front of them would be classified as botchalism.

A condition when someone consistently messes up or “botches” their intended task or goal. Often in the context of video games, especially sports games, such as football, soccer, basketball, golf, and mini golf.

John has a bad case of botchulism. He can’t put the ball in the hole to save his life.
