When one is Bulgilent they are of the rounded formation usually weighing upwards of 150kgs (Tom Irving) and usually having a beautiful persona (Unlike Tobias Pervine). When the word Bulgilent is said you say it in a creepy, deep and soft tone to freak out the individual being described (like Tobiathon Ge-Li.)

Eg. 1 mate you see that fat cunt over there he's pretty fuckin' bulgilent

When something that should have documentation in one document is instead documented over blog posts that are incomplete or hard to find and often spread over different blogs.
