a blue and white is basically a slang term for the ones who want to say blue waffle (infected vagina) around grownups.

blue=the skin on the blue waffle
white=the puss leaking out of it

example: dam this classroom smells like a blue and white,

i farted so bad it smelled like a blue and white

or blue and white speak the truth beacause it blinds you in a way you never can eat blue food colored waffles again
