Bizarbitrary

A rule, decision or law that is so ridiculous, antiquated, unjust or pointless as to be worthy of eye-rolls and general scorn.

Anything that might be considered to be entirely capricious, based on a whim, despotic, tyrannical, autocratic or just plain stupid.

As one judge said to another, if you can't be just, be bizarbitrary.
