Definition
1. To make or become like (speaking or acting) like an algorithm. This word can describe the measurable trend where AI training and social media algorithms have reshaped human communication to act from speaking like an "American" to like an "algorithm". This sparks an intense countercultural pushback among youth.

Notes:

Before I create, I don't realise that this is already a pre-existing word from Wiktionary, although the use of this word is incredibly rare and I want to coin it publicly like how "google" as a verb or "McDonalisation" has been successfully adopted and evolved to the English language.

Examples of the use of "algorithmise":

1. The problem of AI prompts have been transitioned from "Americanisation" to "algorithmisation" – forcing people to speak like an algorithm using stiff and unnatural phrasing and syntax, such as the ban of split infinitives and the overuse of formal conjunctions like "Furthermore" or "Moreover" over smooth sentences.

2. There is a countermovement for younger generations to fight against algorithmising languages. They are currently participating on linguistic revitalisation in social media, aligning with the UNESCO campaign "International Decade of Indigenous Languages 2022–2032".

algorithmic critical mass

algorithmic critical mass — the Urban Dictionary principle that states: the more words you enter into the Urban Dictionary, the easier it is to add words to the Urban Dictionary.

This is especially true if you make the words you add refer to your previous words based on known linguistic principles. In this way the algorithm reflects aspects of your mind; and your mind becomes one with the algorithm as well.

There is something more frightening than artificial intelligence and that is computer intelligence that merges with the mind of humankind.

What happens when infinite computing power merges with the full potential of the brain. I don’t know because I waste my mind on adding Urban Dictionary entries instead of contemplating more weighty problems.

But you have got to admit that that is an awesome Afrofuturistic observation.

If you add enough word to the Urban Dictionary you will reach an algorithmic critical mass where the algorithm will reflect your mind; and, your mind will reflect the algorithm.
