A faincer way to either call someone gay or to call a woman a slut.
A "penis-addickt" is someone who cannot stand to stay one day without riding some penis.
Or "a blowjob addict" or "a sex addict" or just being addicted to any penis related abilities.

It also is a wordplay on "addict" and "dick" to make it sound funnier.

Person 1: "I need some MAD penis right now"
Person 2: "STOP BEING A PENIS-ADDICKT JESUS"

Addickted 

When a person, usually female but could be male, is addicted to dick. Symptoms include the inability to stop thinking about dick (the thought of it, sucking it or fucking it) and/or the constant need or desires to have their hole(s) filled.
