This is a portmanteau of "work" and "hibernate," meaning to work in an isolated, enclosed space for long, sustained periods of time such as days or weeks, and with limited social contact. In contrast to chronic hermitism, workination usually is periodical or cyclical, and is particularly present during the winter months.

I can't see my girlfriend and I have turned off my cell phone because I need to workinate all weekend.

The fake disease you get from working to much from home, and your friends make fun of you for having Workiabetes.

Can also be used in place of the word Workaholic.

Workableness the word that Microsoft Word replaces Workiabetes with when you try to spell check Workiabetes.

"Your Workiabetes is flaring up again isn't it that why you can't hang out with us right".

"You better be careful you might lose a foot with all that Workiabetes".
