Ventrilo is a VoIP(voice over IP) program that enables voice chat. Commonly used for online games such as halo, world of warcraft, dark age of camelot, everquest, and many others. Somtimes referred to as vent.

Person 2: Yeah, we're in voice.fakeserver.com port 3943, do you have a mic
Person 1: Yeah
Person 2: Alright we're set
