An Utibe is a person that doesn’t really care about anything, he’s a very chill person. Utibe’s will do anything to see the people around them happy. Utibe’s act dumb but are really smart they jus do unnecessary things. Utibe’s know how ho dress they always like to stand out and look very flashy. Utibe’s can sometimes be cute but their attitude makes them ugly. Utibe’s also can find feelings deep inside of them for a certain person.
