Textdown 

When you are have a breakdown through a text message wether it be an emotional breakdown, a mental breakdown or a nervous breakdown but you are texting someone as you are going through the breakdown and explaining it to them.
I was in the middle of my emotional breakdown when my best friend text and asked me what was going on so I begun texting to him what was going on and I said not only am I having an emotional breakdown now I'm doing it through text so now I'm having a full-blown textdown.
