Tiker(s) Derogative term describing a person or people who charge hefty fees or commission for a legal fine or for a light commercial service and/or product they provide.

Person or people not willing to negotiate on their service or product fees even if they know that the fee is unfair but the person paying can not find an alternative product or service elsewhere.

To take advantage of someones finance then they are most vulnerable.

Derivative of the words 'tight' (tight ass) and 'takers' and slang word 'Piker(s)'

He's such a tiker for charging that poor old senor citizen 40 bucks just to mow the front lawn.
