The Gordon Lightfoot
Noun. The act of tapping someone lightly on the nuts with your foot in an attempt to either piss them off, or let them know you mean business.
Lowry was getting ticked that Hank kept peeing on his house so he went out to yell at him one day to find that Hank would not listen so readily. Lowry then proceeded to give Hank "The Gordon Lightfoot", which knocked Hank out of his alcoholic trance. Then Hank having been "Gordon Lightfooted" decided to turn his life around and become a porn star.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
