Tijuaneado

Usually referring to cars that have been purchased in the U.S. And were imported to Tijuana. After the person imported the car they will list the car as "no tijuaneado" meaning the car has not received the abuse that cars suffer from being driven on a daily basis on the streets of Tijuana. Sometimes the car has been used in Tijuana for several years and the owner will still advertise the car as "no tijuaneado" in an attempt to increase the car's value.

The act of losing a civil war and being forced to flee to an island that the rebels didn't conquer.

An example of someone being Taiwaned is Taiwan. They were Taiwaned after the PRC (Peoples Republic of China) conquered Mainland China and the island of Hainan, and were forced to flee to Taiwan (the island).
