(Swith-ca) A terrible insult meaning that one sucks a lot of dick. Also a swear word, can be used as a noun, verb or adjective.

Guy 1: That guy is such a swithc
Guy 2: Yea, he swithcs more than your mum.
Guy 3: Shut up you swithcy cunts.
