An ill or well timed fart. This depends on the nature and quantity of flatulence. Similar to playing on the off beat in music. This fart has rhythmic contrast to context of the conversation. If you stinkopate once it's a mistake. If you stinkopate twice it's jazz.

"Dude - what happened?"

"I farted in church during the sermon."

"That's pure stinkopation."

"Yeah - but I stinkopated twice. That makes it jazz."
