An error in speech. These errors generally occur with the use of run on sentences in speech. Essentially the listener is bombarded with dependent clauses which are out of order in terms of theme and/or chronology. Common characteristics include (but are not limited to) improper grammar usage, extreme redundancy, logical fallacies, and a general disregard of the rules of the English language. Listeners often feel as if their IQ is actually dropping while being lectured with steeleisms.
If I have to here anymore god damn steeleisms I'll shoot myself.

Ben sat there chanting steeleisms, "Also too... hence...that, which.... which.... meaning.... also too... BIG PICTURE!"

Beef Steeple

A name for an erect penis exemplifying distinct vertical architecture; a woody that points to the heavens.
Tom woke in the morning only to be embarrassed by his firm beef steeple protruding out of his boxers as it cast a small shadow upon his cat.
Usually born in the south, a Steele is typically outgoing, smart, funny guy who will always brighten your day. Not to mention he is the perfect example of the quote, “It isn’t the size of the wave it’s the motion in the ocean”. Even though all Steele’s have above average genitals. A Steele is stubborn as a mule with anybody but when he cares about someone he’d take a bullet for them. Lastly a Steele always show the upmost respect for woman that he cares about.
Girl: Did you hear, Stephanie is dating Steele. She says he’s the best guy she’s ever been with in all categories.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
