A British term used to denote taking time off work; usually while completely healthy, in order to accomplish some personal errand.

My brother arrives from Canada tomorrow; I'm pulling a SICKEE to go get him at the airport!

Variation of sicko, sickie, etc.; used to express displeasure at something one feels is disgusting.

Did you see that dead animal on the road? Sickee!

Dude, that movie had some sickee scenes in it.
