Person 2: We live in a shopocracy. This shopocrat can do as he wishes.

Shamocracy

A shamocracy is any political system that pretends to be democratic without being democratic. Examples include apartheid systems, disproportional misrepresentation, and all out autocracies who call themselves "democratic".

Canada's electoral system is a shamocracy because their voting system is so disproportional that majority of Canadian votes count for nothing, and they typically get a fake-majority government that only a minority of voters support.

A type of self-government where a society is mysteriously incapable of producing intelligent leaders. A form of dysfunctionalocracy.

After several presidential and congressional election cycles, the government remained divided along party lines. Rather than leading the nation into prosperous times, they descended into a state of stupocracy.
