Noun: Halloween costume for great-looking women.

Derived from the words "slutty buffalo," because Seffalo ("sexy buffalo") sounded too much like a horrible infection. Costume consists of furry hat with horns, furry skirt, and furry leg warmers. Perfect for America themed Halloween parties because buffalo and sluttiness are very American.
