A word used to insult people of lower social status then you. It was used by Conan O’Brien in a joking manner many times. It can also mean someone who thinks they have higher status and matters but they don’t really.

Joe: Stacy is going to have a radical party tonight I think you should come.

George: Oh, I wasn’t invited,I’m sure she just forgot to invite me, you do know I’m reaaally popular.
Joe: Yeah whatever you say you Shlubaroo.

A promiscuous human female that imitates a kangaroo's natural behavior of hopping except these women bounce up and down on the male genitalia

Joseph: Invite some of your chicks to the party.
