Someone who tries to hide something by manipulating his or others' actions or words to his own advantage in order to attain something for his own benefit. This person may also hide information by not saying anything or lying.

1: "I thought he was going to his girlfriend's house."

A descriptor establishing that a idea, object, thing, place or quality is somthing liked by a particular group or subculutre, or in some instances an individual. However the subject in question would be thought pathetic, laughable, or pointless by the vast majority.

The etymology of this word being that a given subject is badass to some, but sad to everyone else.
