Someone who tries to hide something by manipulating his or others' actions or words to his own advantage in order to attain something for his own benefit. This person may also hide information by not saying anything or lying.

1: "I thought he was going to his girlfriend's house."
2: "Nah, he went to freeload some beers at John's house...and he's not picking up his phone either."
1: "Wow, what a shadyass bitch!!!"

Max thought that girl was a rude whore, so he jerkslapped her calling her a useless jerk face.
