A sarcastic phrase used to describe how you feel, usually used by people who wear blue coveralls to work, and especially if they also wear a white hard hat, and are hot and miserable.
Imagine Olin walking around a hot, smelly factory, sweltering in the heat, since in addition to it being 95 F and humid in the plant, he's also wearing a white hard hat and blue coveralls.
