A child that specifically resides in the United Arab Emirates. Someone who exhibits elevated levels of pure concentrated autism. Has a general disregard of hard facts and reason. Has experienced a spoiled up-bringing, and so gets what he wants at the first command, whether it be a way of thinking, an amenity or an argument won.

Is also a furry.
