Pough's (pronounced "Pou" with a silent "gh") are young feminine male anime/video game characters, they are good natured and show a sense of flair.

A few examples of pough character's:
Eliot from Dead or Alive 4, Vaan and Larsa from Final Fantasy XII, Chaos from Xenosaga.
