fast food politics

n. The scandals, plots, intrigues, and gossip that often infuse the work environment of a fast food restaurant.
Jose: "That coworker is the fourth chick Jacob has banged in this restaurant. These people have no shame."

Joe: "This is typical fast food politics."

Jose: "Did Hunter just snitch on others and cause a nervous breakdown at this store?"

Joe: "Yeah, he stirred things up by going back and forth between people, and everyone is stewing over this fake drama. He may just want more hours by tattling and throwing others under the bus by exaggerating things. It's typical fast food politics."

Politically Active

At its best it means interested in politics and government; trying to make a changes in public policy, laws or the government working to get an official elected, or lobbying to have legislation passed, collecting petition signatures. It can also mean a person trying to change things for their own benefit, to gain status or power in the workplace. It can also mean someone who is a nuisance, constantly wanting to change things and who interferes in matters that are none of their concern. At its worst it means a total fuckwit like Russell Brand a self-styled activist for whom politically active means espousing views that the majority of people find repugnant or ridiculous.
Some people are politically active because they have nothing else in their lives.

Political Prostitution

The term originated in Iloilo City, Philippines. It means using the funds of one candidate to benefit their rival canditates. Turning one's own political contributions against oneself by deception and giving the contributed funds to a rival candidate(s). A double whammy.
Political Prostitution is rife in Iloilo City especially during elections.

Politicians

1) The REAL, most dangerous gang in the United States. Will do anything to get anything, regardless if they're unsure if they really even want it, so long as they anticipate some sort of prestigious accolade, or better yet, money, as a result.

-

2) Magicians. Take exceedingly increasing amounts of money from citizens annually and not only make it disappear, but manage to create black holes and fluctuations in the entire space-time continuum with it (see national debt clock).
The politicians came to these projects about 4 years back. all of the other gangs quickly left. remaining residents immediately became too poor to eat and died.

-

..how come all of that money is literally nowhere?

Political Jerry

A Political Jerry is someone who’s gullible and of dangerously low political intellect who lets their significant other or friend group change/manipulate their beliefs in a quick manner. The difference between most people and a Political Jerry is they start believing what ever is being told to them and start pretending to be a political scientist. Political Jerries will do things like post odd/cringey/false political stuff on social media, show up to protest/rallies they know nothing about about, and attempt in debating people who are more educated or qualified than them but always end up looking stupid.

Political Jerry’s are prone to getting upset/emotional when being corrected, made fun of (for posting dumb political stuff), or losing a debate they started. They don’t like to be told them and their “source(s)” of knowledge are wrong because they already feel intellectually vulnerable.

A Political Jerry is the most dangerous thing to democracy because they’ve shown their inability to think on their own, do proper research, and prefer to be told what to think.
Ever since Christina started hanging out with her new friends, she’s become a Political Jerry since all she does these days is talk about Pro-Russian politics. We asked her to point out Russia on a map and she pointed to Argentina.

Mark grew up mainly republican until he met his girlfriend a year ago. Now he’s become Political Jerry constantly uploading liberal stuff to his social media and in his group chats.

Our buddy Chris keeps has been a real political Jerry these days. He keeps getting all offended and emotional after getting made fun of for sending us either incorrect/inaccurate political memes. I don’t get it, he does this often and it’s a cycle that occurs often with him.

American Politics

While the definition of politics states, "the art or science concerned with guiding or influencing governmental policy, m-w.com", American Politics is where elected officials debate unrealistic and unreasonable proposals in order to pander to their base and get re-elected.
American Politics is why that gay marriage amendment has no chance in hell of being ratified.

Because of the intricacies (difficult to resolve or analyze, m-w.com) of American Politics, democrats are responding to that bullshit proposal with a rediculously short pull-out deadline.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
