Picnicker

A worker on strike; a picketer; slang for a picketer who spends most of his/her time eating and sitting in lawn chairs while wearing confusing, misleading placards. Often heard mumbling threats and the word Scab at people's back.

The picnicker was reading in his lawn chair while attempting to protest his cause.

Yuppie Picnicker 

Two words used to describe someone awful without calling them something totally vulgar.
Instead of calling someone a slut, fag, whore or cunt you could use Yuppie Picnicker.

Mya: Did you hear about Veronica last night? She slept with John again.

Picknicker 

1- A dutch word to describe someone who loves to go out to fields, forests, or nature and has a meal in the open nature.

The old ideas where to spread a blanket and have a lunch box with sandwiches.

The more modern idea could be eating on tables and benches spread in local parks, and it can be just about any food save for barbecue (since that would be a barbecuer)

2- Dutch racist word to describe a nicker.
Pick (comes from the word Pik), stands for stealing
Nicker (comes from the english word nikker) stands for a black or colored person.
Black people are often seen as thieves in white societies.

1- Look at that picknicker picknicking there! I don't know who enjoys the food the most, the guy or the insects!

2- He's a 'picknicker', because he's a nikker and he steals (hij 'pikt')

Snow Panicker 

A wussy who freaks out at even so much as a quarter-inch of snow.
Some snow panickers lose all their fear, however, on Friday or Saturday nights.

Boss: Where's Bob?

Employee Jack: He called in, said he couldn't make it in today, the weather was too bad.

Boss: There's barely a quarter-inch of snow out there!

Employee Jack: Yeah, Chief, I know...Bob is a snow panicker.

A person who panics very quickly; they tend to be somewhat OCD and nervous. They are also fidgety and tend to be uptight and cannot relax.

The panicker couldn't sleep when he found out that he had a term paper due in two weeks.
