Perpetater

The person or individual that is responsible for violently launching a tater into a wall or hard surface. It can then lead to taterchet and Post-Tater-Stress-Disorder. This person is usually very violent when they are angry and shouldn’t be provoked.

I saw him with my own two eyes. He’s the Perpetater. He threw that tater so hard the juices splashed in my eye.
