A person who is melodramatic, forgetful, lazy, hears but doesn't listen. Loves watching parakeet and cat videos in their spare time and makes annoying choo-choo noises

Carol- Did you put the empty egg tray in the fridge.
Adrian - Yea, I totally forgot to throw it out.
