Noncensical

A word that people use to describe the mental disfunction and behaviour of SA perpetrators.

They are mindblowingly noncensical, and, said person is still in a position of authority given the damning evidence against them.

when someone or something is absolutely ridiculous, retarded, mental, psychotic, or doesn't make any sense. Often referring to someone who has an instability of the brain, or an uncanny gift to make others feel boring due to their complete normal behaviour.

Nonsensiclism

The philosophy surrounding the idea that one may want to intentionally create a nonsensical or convoluted system simply because they enjoy it or find it humorous.

An example of Nonsensiclism: Designing a government form that grants amnesty on any crime committed. However, submitting said form counts as a capital offense.
