when someone or something is absolutely ridiculous, retarded, mental, psychotic, or doesn't make any sense. Often referring to someone who has an instability of the brain, or an uncanny gift to make others feel boring due to their complete normal behaviour.
Oh my god! that person doing the pony tail flip is showing so much nonsensicality!

Nonsensiclism

The philosophy surrounding the idea that one may want to intentionally create a nonsensical or convoluted system simply because they enjoy it or find it humorous.
An example of Nonsensiclism: Designing a government form that grants amnesty on any crime committed. However, submitting said form counts as a capital offense.

Nonsensiclysm 

Noun. A literal collision of things that do not make sense. It is a Portmanteau of "Nonsense" and "cataclysm", as in it is a disastrous amount of nonsense.
