(adjective) Used to describe a person who is Malding, which can be used to describe anyone afflicted with negative emotions caused by the actions of another person.

When a person, cat, dog, etc. is named "Misty," this is a common nickname for them. Should be said with an obnoxious, yet somehow funny, voice.
